The Thousand Oaks Redevelopment Agency held its “scoping meeting” to decide the depth of the environmental impact study of the TO Boulevard Specific Plan. The meeting was open to the members of the public who wanted to offer suggestions about where the study should focus.

Those who had studied the plan said it was comprehensive. There were few suggestions for new areas of study. The EIR is being conducted in mid-2010 and should be ready in the fall.
